The Greenleaf Family Center held its annual fundraising dinner and auction, Art Amore — The Art of Giving, Saturday evening at the Silver Lake Country Club. The Betty Dalton Community Service Award was given to the Rev. Norm Douglas and Larry Vuillemin, co-founders of Heart to Heart Communications. ''I feel very appreciative because I realize this is not only about us, but a whole community of people, and I'm grateful to give back,'' Douglas said.
